PRIVATE ORDER TERMS:

•Jenggala products are a blend of art and science, and this is what makes Jenggala’s products special. The item’s shape and individuality are achieved by craftsmanship and machine. The strength, durability and color are maintained by a group of dedicated technicians constantly working to keep up with the changing nature of raw materials. Slight variation in color, shape and design are a part of Jenggala products that make every piece unique. Slight variations and imperfections in these crafted products should not be considered a flaw, but characteristics of the product.

•The quotation is valid for 30 days; prices may vary if quantity and/or glaze color is changed.

•Billing is in US Dollars. However, if you wish to pay with Rupiah the exchange rate is the rate at time of Payment.

•All invoices are subject to a 10% PPN (Tax).

•Production will begin only when deposit has been paid.

*For private orders we require a 50% deposit.

All transfer payments must be processed with full amount of transfer value received by Jenggala (Client must cover bank transfer charges).

•Should you wish to cancel your order, for whatever reason, we will forfeit your deposit.

Once you have transferred payment, please fax us a copy of your bank transfer to avoid delays in starting production of your order. Please include details of the name of the order and file number. Fax 62 361 703312

•Our prices do not include packing. Our standard packing box is 61CM X 61CM X 61CM plywood box. This includes each piece individually wrapped in recycled paper and packed in shredded paper. We highly recommend packing your order at “Jenggala Keramik” to ensure safe delivery.

•Once you receive your order please check all the items and quantities thoroughly. Jenggala must receive details of broken and missing items from your order no longer than 7 days from the date of goods received by client.

•Due to our very limited storage space, we plan to immediately ship all orders completed. Thus upon completion of your order we would appreciate expedient final payment.

•Shipping:

*We only ship orders Freight Prepaid.

* We recommend shipping your order either by Sea Freight or Air Freight.

-Airfreight minimum weight is 45 kilograms

-Sea freight minimum size is 1 cubic meter

•Upon completion and packing of your order, Jenggala will notify you of the balance including packing and freight charges, if not paid at point of purchase.

•Orders for export may have particular requirements by importing country customs department. Clients will organize their own customs clearance and port to door delivery via their local agent. Please note to make arrangements prior to dispatch of your shipment and advice us of details of your elected customs broker. If client does not specify a customs broker, documents will list the client’s name and address.

Important! Please note to expedite dispatch of your order, fax us a copy of your bank transfer. Fax 62 361 703312. This is critical to avoid unnecessary delays due to insufficient information concerning your payment. Please include details of the name of the order and file number.

•If balance payment is not received within 30 days, a 2% per month surcharge will be levied. If payment has not been received within 3 months, client forfeits deposit and your items are put into our stock sales area.

Regarding “HOLD ITEMS”:

If you wish Jenggala to “Hold” any retail items on your behalf, we require a 50% deposit and will “HOLD” items for a maximum period of one week only.

•If after one week we have had no further instructions regarding items – Jenggala will put items back into retail stock and we will forfeit your 50 % deposit.

•If within one week you collect the goods, we will use the exchange rate at the time you collect the goods and not the exchange rate at the time of your deposit.

•If within one week you wish to cancel the purchase, we will reimburse your deposit at 10 % cancellation and administration fee, using the same exchange rate at the time of your deposit.
